Reservation Conditions

The ordered arrival and departure days are binding, in the case of later arrival or early departure we charge 80% of the booked arrangement. We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance. The hotel bill can preferably be paid at check-in in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

 

Arrival: The rooms are available from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. If the arrival is after 7 p.m., the hotel must be informed of this, otherwise the reservation expires, including the deposit.

 

Departure: the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am. If you would like to keep the room longer, we charge a surcharge of €50, depending on availability. Reservations: Are binding upon receipt of a written reservation confirmation. In doing so, the guest agrees to the reservation conditions.

Cancellation: Cancellations should always be made in writing and must be made 24 hours before arrival. A cancellation period of 14 days applies to arrangements, packages and offers.

Travel cancellation insurance: Your travel cancellation insurance protects you against cancellation costs if you are unable to start your vacation as planned. eg Allianz, Check24 or ADAC

 

Cancellation Policy​

​Revocation Right You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must give us (insert your name, address and, if available, your telephone number, fax number and e-mail address.) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). Mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can electronically fill out and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear declaration on our website [insert Internet address]. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you confirmation of receipt of such a revocation. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. Consequences of the revocation If you revoke this contract, we have all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you use a different type of delivery than the one offered by us, have chosen the cheapest standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. If you have requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Note on compensation for cancellation of services If the consumer cancels the contract before the service has been fully provided, he owes the entrepreneur according to § 357 Para requested (see note above). In addition, he must have been properly instructed about his right of withdrawal and this legal consequence. The entrepreneur can use the model cancellation policy for this purpose.
